Journey Through the Himalayas

A trip for the Mind, Body and Soul.

As we trek through the Himalayas on the Annapurna Circuit, we will come across some of the most beautiful sights our Earth has to offer. The snow capped Himalayas, waterfalls, ancient-looking rhododendron trees and the tea houses dotted along the track make this the perfect setting for a spiritual journey. It will instil a strong sense of achievement and self-belief as we walk for 12 days to the Annapurna Base Camp. We will be incorporating mindfulness, meditations and gentle yoga into this transformative pilgrimage and it would be an honour to have you join the group.
